Standard tool orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive in 3-5 business days. For heavy furniture items like barber chairs, shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and freight requirements.
What is your return policy on grooming products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened grooming products, pomades, or beard oils. However, unused tools and equipment can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
